I called at the last minute and was able to get an appointment scheduled to have my sofa cleaned. Mark called in the morning to let me know exactly when he would arrive and he was right on time. He was extremely professional and cleaned my sofa beautifully! I was considering getting a new sofa but thanks to the excellent cleaning, it has new life! And the price was reasonable.
