Shoe Palace

Overcharge me for a pair of Ugg boots. When I brought it to his attention he claims they were marked wrong in the display. Charge me $50 / the price on the display. When I asked to purchase a different pair of that were listed at 1:39 he claimed those were also marked wrong. Those shoes were marked wrong in two different displays in their store the front and the back. I have no choice but to take him home so I can give my wife the Christmas present she wants. But I will never shop here again the manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Honestly look like the employees are under duress and afraid to say anything that he might fire them. The manager was very vague about his name sounded like Daryl or or something similar. I'm glad I don't have to work for somebody that's rude like that.

I called to see if shoes were in stock and the employee left me on hold and never came back. After I hung up and call several times the phone was never answered.
