Rude customer service!!!! I live and work here in P.A. I also pump gas here every time. This weekend just stopped on our way back from camping to pump gas. My mother is a little ill and when she needs to go to the restroom she has to go! Never have we used those restrooms since we live so close. My mother asked for the key and he gave her such a hard time and accused her by saying "you guys always want to use the restroom without buying or pumping gas!!!"
WOW!!!! I couldn't believe it!! I went in and confronted him. When he had realized he was wrong and had just stereotyped my mother. He went on saying "you looked at me ugly and you guys think you are all that!!!! Don't know exactly what he meant by that. He made SUCH A BIG DEAL, HE EVEN CALLED THE POLICE!!!! Of course they got there and saw how ignorant he sounded. Not a single word was told to me by the cops. I left without any problems.
Don't know why he insist in stereotyping people!!! He obviously has a problem!!! Just be careful out there with this rude problematic man. At one point I thought he was going to get physical. Since he went on insulting me and using profanity words didn't care that my daughters were present!
