WORST experience with a contractor EVER. Tony just could not get his act together. He took FOREVER to get me a quote -- and then he forgot windows and then his prices were ridiculous. When I asked him for a lower price he fired me as a client! I wasted months! He is SO slow and SO bad at his job.. THANK GOD I didn't hire him -- I cannot imagine how incompetent he would be if he cannot even get a quote right. DO NOT USE TONY SERRA. If you do you will be sorry.
