Waited over 2 hrs. I understand that its flu season so waiting that long sucked but understandable. So I went in to get checked after being in a car accident. Walked away with an abrasion on my head and a cut on my knee. The Dr Ashley stated she would give me muscle relaxers for the soreness. Few days later someone called to see how I was doing which I thought was really nice. Then this is when it went south.. I went to the pharmacy to get my prescription they told me they didn't have anything for me. They asked if I dropped off a prescription and I told them no. I didn't think it was strange since my primary dr sends my medicine automatically. So I called sequoia prompt care and explained what was going on. The lady I spoke with looked up my info and told me sorry but you weren't prescribed any medication during your visit. That set me off. It was like she was accusing me of making up this prescription. By the way my wife was with me the whole time. So she was a witness to the Dr prescribing me the medication. I then asked okay well what can we do? She said well the only way you could get that medicine is if you come for a visit or see your primary. Which would require I pay another co-pay and wait for a mistake of the Dr! Its just ridiculous
They are so friendly here and that's hard to find in Visalia these days. The front desk employee was beyond kind and our nurse Katie was amazing. Just had a flu shot but I wouldn't hesitate to return for other things in the future. It was really clean and well cared for. Plus the lobby smelled like potpourri.
The providers here are amazing. Very efficient and helpful and caring. I take my kids here usually when they get sick on the weekends and they are very patient with them. I recommend this place to everyone because its also very close to our house and clean.
