SEPHORA inside JCPenney

Most of the staff, not all, are great and try their best to be helpful. Only things that I find problamatic are the fact that they are usually understaffed and the line is to long and second, when making a return, some staff members are rude as if you're making them pay you back out of their own pocket. More people at the checkout would be greatly appreciated, i'll continue to shop here mainly because the availability of products is pretty good.
