One of the big burners on my range is not heating up after turning it on. I saw the Sears Tech fixed it and did light up and started to heat up. After the Tech left and tried it myself, the burner wasn't working at all. I can rate the Tech as very efficient. Sears need to replace my 20 year old oven. I cook daily and need all the 4 burners working.
