Scott Wilcox - Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc.

I recently meet with Scott Wilcox in attempt to begin investing in my future. Considering, that I am a first timer in investments I had many questions and concerns. Scott Wilcox was patient and extremely thorough not once did he look at the time (we spent almost 3 hours). After our meeting he followed up with additional concerns that i had and took the initiative to assist me with such matters. By far, exceptional customer service in my opinion. I know i made the right decision choosing him as my Financial Adviser. I hope Scott sees this. He deserves the compliment.
