If you want a miss matched bumper job, come here! This place was a disappointment and disorganized mess. They took a month to fix my bumper, they at lost my keys then stressed me out, only to find out an employee took my keys home with him. My bumper had to be re-done twice! And they put extra 40 miles on my car that weren't there before and had new scratches upon retrieving it. It's unfortunate that I was never truly satisfied with the outcome. However, I was tired of dealing with them. I even called corporate about it and it was only through them that they compensated me with a $50 credit for my next service. Honestly, that doesn't even cover an oil change, but at least it was something. In the end, the staff apologized and the manager tried to help me by washing my car. I'm never going there again.
A terrible experience from them from getting my car to returning it. Despite the fact they leased my car, they told me they were at capacity and could not accept it when I tried to return it. Funny fact, they cannot do that. Also, do not take your car into getting serviced by them. My family took in a vehicle to get a standard service and they damaged the car, and were proud of themselves for alerting us to the damage. Actually told us they could have easily not told us. Go to South Bay or Galpin, they’re much more helpful.
