While website states that office is open on Saturdays between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, the voice message states office hours are only Monday thru Friday. It is difficult enough to have to place a call to Neptune Society for a loved one. To see on line that there are Saturday hours only to get recording that there are NOT Saturday hours is added challenge.
