Today (5/04/18) I went to the DMV in Santa Ana. We were there early and there was like 15-20 people ahead of us. Once we were in they sat us in the order we we're standing. There were 3 rows, I was in the 2 row. They start with first row with those who were going to do their drivers test or ID's they sent them to a room came back and check those who were left seated and send them to wherever they needed to go. Keep in mind they have the people who have appts need to prioritize them first. So you go in and no tickets is handed out like before it's more complicated. There were lacking with workers. I just don't understand. I hope this is just a test and bring back the ticket sit and wait your turn! Please!!! After we left I just felt very bad for those who were still out there waiting. Please make it easy for EVERYONE. I've been here in Santa Ana since 1988 and the building hasn't changed much very small. Oh another thing why the workers are very rude. Smile, greet when you're helping us. You can do better in customer service way better. Believe me I know.
