its been exactly one year since ED Fixed my car, I was impressed by all the positive reviews on yelp that is why I went to this place to begin with but I was not happy by the quality of work they done in the first place but it took me one year to write a review because now I am very pissed off when I find that they cheated me . I was in accident so the front and back pumper cover needed to replace, specially the rear pumper because it was torn multiple places and he gave me the quotation for the work and I gave him the car. Guess what when I went to pickup the car the front pumper was not changed and the rear looks good, and when I asked him why he didn't change the front pumper he said there were two dents and he paid for the dents and the front pumper was not damaged expert a paint scratch and repainted and its okay. I was willing to pay for the dents and the front bumper had minor scratch on the very bottom plastic part so he couldn't cover that up its not paintable, so I new it was not changed but the rear pumper cover he told me it was new. I didn't suspec him doing this kind of dishonest & disrespectful work. I thought he is honest family guy. yesterday I try to change a bulb in the tail light I had to remove the whole assembly, so I got under the car to unplug the wiring then I found out the whole rear pumper is glued whit JB weld or some kind of pumper fixing stuff I was shocked I paid for the two pumpers but he painted and gave me back my old pumpers. this is sick, very unprofessional, please guys be very carful with ED. he is not a cool guy as he seems to be. I don't write many reviews and if I do I usually give five stars but Ed deserve less than one star ! I posted my review on yelp and ED denies even having my car at his shop but if needed I have all the receipts & I can post them online the whole world need to know what kind of dishonest you are. I don't even understand how with this kind of work ethics he may acquire a business license in California. this is just a street hustler behavior.
