Wage Theft law is too weak, should be Felony with Minimum of a Month Jail time! Ample evidence(bring only your Hand written notes, No printed wage stubs or your case will the Thrown Out!) Bizarre, yes. So was Forced by this too Lenient Commish to Settle! With an outright Wage Thief!! So common in sfBayArea... BEWARE!
