Buyer beware. I am a long time customer (over 10 years) and I have never had any issues. I just got an engagement ring and went online to make my payment like I always have in the past. Only this time it didn't work. When I bought the ring the rep forced me to "update" my account, only she didn't update it, she made a new one with a new company called comenity. Apparently they no longer have their in house credit like before. When I followed the steps, I had to register again because now I had a new account I didn't know about. Then was able to make a payments again I new had over $100 in late fees and even though they were able to see I kept trying to log in, they offered no help to make things right. This will be my last purchase from Kay. A little advice for better customer service and to avoid situations like this one; If you are going to hire a third party company to represent your for anything, make sure you have a strong communication with them and you are all on the same page. Poor communication like this will destroy any company.
