Sale Direct Mattress and Furniture

Do your back and your wallet a favor and dont buy a bed from this place! We picked out a bed we loved on the sales floor and the one we were given does not feel anything like it. I went back in 2 days later claiming the one we were given was so firm theres no way its the same bed. The younger guy there stated it should be no problem I just wanted to spend another $100 and get the bed next to it (probably an honest salesman) but I would have to come and talk to the owner. While in there I noticed a sales final sign on the desk which was covered in papers when i made my purchase and i was not told when i paid. My husband went in later to speak to the owner and was told we could take the floor model (thanks but if i wanted a used bed i could have bought one much less than $400 on facebook or Craigslist) or spend $500 more and get the one he chose (again thanks but if I had $1000 i wouldnt have purchased a $450 one) what a scam artist! Do yourself a favor and go to the building next door called the outlet they actually care if youre not happy and they have beds in similiar price range!
