Had the WORST experience. My father and I frequent this location when he feels nostalgic for his military time in Thailand. He enjoys speaking Thai with the owner and loves the authentic taste of the dishes. This last visit left him sad and upset. Not only did the sever ask him to order his appetizer dish by number and not name and please be quick about it (although there was only one other table occupied in the establishment). He left us waiting over 20minutes without returning to take our main order and without serving our appetizers or checking on us. He checked on the other table at least 3 times while walking past us. We eventually walked out to go to Thai Basil. The server never apologized and as the door knob fell off the handle when we tried to close the door, he asked us to just leave it. Living in a town where an African Amercan man speaks Thai, enjoys the culture, and looks forward to the hospitality and smile of familiar staff, this visit was disappointing and saddened me. My father kept saying “that wasn’t the owner, his demeanor was rude, it wasn’t the man we usually meet at the door”
