Sailor Jack's

On my last lunch visit the server acted as if she was "fried" by her workload, and she was terribly inattentive - even though the place was nearly empty. I customarily tip quite well, and therefore don't think she instinctively disliked my patronage. Our food was good but I found that even the bartender appeared disinterested in my party and our needs. I plan to return at least one more time in hopes of a better experience and to discover if Sailor Jack's has a future, or is in a death spiral of decline and poor service.
