I've been shopping there for 10 years. Recently however the customer service is lacking. Deli service is slow and understaffed. There's no sense of urgency when it comes to helping customers. I stood at the customer service counter for 5 minutes without a acknowledgement from any clerk. After I was asked if I had been helped I waited 5 more minutes and I wasn't helped and left there. It's really too bad. It's a nice store and some of the employees are helpful but the new younger ones don't seem to care or have a clue of what customer service is. It's quite simple really!
