Safelite AutoGlass

I was set up through this company by Geico after an attempted theft. I had to wait several days due to taking time to order a special prius window. The day before my appointment someone called to verify that part. I called back and explained in detail which part it was and confirmed my appointment the next morning. I waited almost two hours for them to show, but no show, just an email saying since they couldn't verify the part they would have to reschedule. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me in the morning to let me know. Terrible service. I suggest going elsewhere.
