State Farm Insurance: Max Lam

Every time I call, I always get either Mercedes or Arnel. Both are very professional. Today Mercedes took my call and continue to be professional as always. She explained everything so well as these things can be so frustrating & hard to understand when you don’t deal with insurance everyday. She had answers for every question I had. She did not seem to get irritated when I ended up asking the same question, instead she gave examples to make sure I understood. She made me feel very comfortable.. You rock Mercedes!
