Northgate Shopping Center

As soon as you walk in the place smells like a dirty, pissed on sidewalk. This place is strictly for profit. No customer service or cleanliness here. Always such a slow pace to get out the store. Never enough registers open. Ever. Glad I live in Roseville. The locations there are nothing like Northgate's.
