This place has the absolute WORST customer service and office management. Aside from being completely overpriced for the area it’s located, they also change property rules as they please without notifying the residents. We went to the office and asked for a guest pass and was told as long as visitors park in unmarked spots the vehicle is safe. A friend escaping the Santa Rosa fires came to spend the night around 7pm. The next morning we discover her car towed and when we asked the front desk lady she was unhelpful and rude. Told us that isn’t usually the rule and thee isn’t anything we can do about it until Monday when the manager comes in. She has everything she owns in her Car. Tow company is asking for $400 and she has to make an appointment.. terrible customer service and poor company communication just put out a fire refugee. Do not live here!
