I called and requested a specific medication after another pharmacy doubled my rate. I spoke to the pharmacist and she told me they had they same medication less than what I was paying before. When I picked it up, it was not a pill that I could swallow, it was one that I had to dissolve under my tongue. She never mentioned this on the phone, so basically she lied to me. How can a pharmacist lie like that?
Told me my RX would be ready the next day but when I called they didn't have any record of it even though I was in the system.
Turns out that I could not tolerate the medication they dispensed. Spoke to the pharmacist again and she told me I could come in and they would change the offending part of the RX that I could not tolerate and next time I would not have to pay but when I went to reorder I was trold that I had to. Basically the pharmacist is not trustworthy, and the customer service is sloppy. You don't what you are getting when you order from them.
They are not located at the medical facility pictured with their ad. They are located in an office building that looks a little shady when you pull up. They have to buzz you in. Anyone that says they are competent, works there. Not going back.
UPDATE
After I posted this review I got a call from a pharmacist at RX Unlimited. They told me that they would not have altered my perscription without a doctors order. She said that my doctor had arbitrarily changed the RX without letting me know. I called my doctors office and it turns out that this pharmacy called my doctors office and REQUESTED a change because they did not have the medication. This was a bait and switch scam with medication. Do not trust them.
