Rush My Passport

very mad with this service. they are completely unprofessional. a few mins after paying for this product i was told that i still had to go in person to apply i asked for a refund, they said okay. a day later nothing i received an e mail saying billing should send me a form. which they didnt. i call billing they said they are sending it over. still no e mail. it seems like a scam to me and its insane that i keep contacting them and they are not helping me at all....
