So tired of crumby customer service. I get a burrito with rice fish & sauce & it takes 15 minutes? Multiple people get their food before me. Then I get a “sorry for the wait” no coupon no money back. I don’t think the 3 item burrito is worth 15 minutes + 10$. Hire people who know customer service. Sad.
