TERRIBLE. The first time I went there I got a medium to high level wash... not only was it only kind of clean.. but they broke my electric seat making the seat be locked in a terrible unsafe position. They literally were so rough with my seat that they ripped the plastic case of the seat control panel, and tore apart the circuit board on the seat. More than that they refuse to except any responsibility... or even to offer a peace deal of a refund (they had a sign stating they had no responsibility). Turns out the price to fix the seat (which worked perfectly before they washed my car) will be 400 or more dollars. In LA there are lots of places to go, and I think it should be assumed a basic understanding that if you do damage to a paying customers car... then they should pay for the damage. Go some where else.
