Ross Dress for Less

I called the Carmichael location today and asked if they had a specific item in stock, to which the associate replied, "I don't know." I then asked her if she would mind looking and she said (and I kid you not), "Sorry ma'am, that's not a service we provide" and HUNG UP! Customer service? Oh sorry. I thought you were a retail establishment. My bad. FOR AN UPDATE: I brought this matter to the attention of their headquarters and received a response, which, no matter how you read it, states that since Ross Stores go out of their way to provide their customers with quality merchandise at a reduced price, they have no concern how their sales associates treat the public, even if they get rudely hung up on.

I love this store. It's clean and they have the best stuff the reason i'm giving it a 3 star is because the customer service is horrible everyone has always been rude to me not very friendly yes they say hi welcome to ross beacuse they have to but no smiles i took something back once the girl was very rude to me. They just need to hire better staffing and this would be the perfect ross.
