Ross Dress for Less

I don't know why people say the staff was friendly, they absolutely were not. My family was on a leisure trip to California and we visited family in Sonoma, my daughter needed some warmer outfits so we went to the Ross in Rohnert park, the staff kept following my husband and I, at one point a lady staffmember moved my cart a little with my daughter in it so she could hang up a shirt near us, my 2-year-old daughter is friendly and waved and said hi to the worker, at which point she just glared at us and left. The checkout process was no delight either, I'll just leave it at that.
