Romano's Macaroni Grill

We arrived for happy hour and sat in bar area at a table. Jennifer, the bar tender, let us sit waiting for 15 minutes before she brought us a menu. Then another 10 minutes to come over and take our drink order. When the food came it Jennifer delivered part of it and at least 10 minutes later Andrea Link, the service manager, delivered the remaining dishes. I could go on and on about the poor service, but it appeared to us that the restaurant was under staffed in our area. In Jennifer’ Defense, why did she have to deliver food from the kitchen area? This problem could have been taken care with a regular waitress working the tables. Never ate at a Macroni Grill before tonight. If I ever try one again, I hope it has better service. As this one failed miserably. I’d go back for the happy hour menu, it was excellent. But that was the only highlight of our experience. Wayne
