Specialized Mercedes Service

This shop has expertise beyond that of any other we have found. They fixed problems others wouldn't even attempt. Communication was excellent. Prices were fair. I'd consider buying a Mercedes or BMW just to have it serviced here. 2012 update: clean, friendly, honest, good value for money, thorough evaluation of vehicle, realistic recommendations. Can't ask for more, other than that they expand their service to other brands.

Just had "A" service done here, due to the dealer's overinflated prices. Their price for "A" service is more than $100.00 less than the dealer charges! Their "B" service is even more cost effective. They also use what I consider to be a better grade of synthetic oil. In addition, they don't recommend a bunch of unneeded work. They also get your car out of there in a reasonable amount of time, although they are busy. All of the staff, even the counter helpers, are knowlegeable. Shop is clean and nice. Try it out!
