It's a good place to have a little camp out. Near the entrance is first come first serve camping spots. Deeper into the park is playgrounds and a pond that's fairly sized I'd say about a good 50 by 30 feet. There's benches with bbq pits and PLENTY of space out there for a picnic or whatever activity you want to spend the day on. It's a nice area.
