When Richard heard that our refrigerator had lost all power he immediately asked me if the food was spoiled yet. When I told him that it was still cold but I was completely out of power he interrupted a busy day came over within a few minutes and installed a "loaner" circuit board so that we would not lose the contents of our frig and freezer. He was back at the end of the same day with my circuit board repaired and the fuse type changed so that if it happens again I can just pop in the spare fuse that he left me. Very thoughtful and nice man. Very reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier.
