Technician came. Cleaned the coils and reset the refrigerator. Worked for a day. Called back after the device was beeping again. Receptionist told me they would try to get back to me ASAP. Otherwise it would be Friday. No call no nothing. Spoke to Rich who was apologetic, but did nothing to mitigate the situation except try to reschedule for mid next week. When you screw up, try to make amends. Don't just apologize and blow it off. The "too bad" attitude is not conducive to good business. You may be successful, but with a lack of care will ruin your business. You have lost a customer and I think you clearly don't care about that. Thanks for nothing.
