Rental Source

The staff was wonderful when my fiance and I were looking for a place. We rented a unit off the website, that was in Pacifica. I love the place, but I'm sad to say that many of the little things in this unit don't seem up to code and things ( such as a storage unit) were promised to us in our lease, and 3 months later, it is still full of the previous tenant's stuff. When there are no batteries in the smoke detectors, and food left in the fridge, or stuff belonging to the previous tenant all around the house, it makes you wonder, did these people even do a run through? Did the landlord even look at what he's renting out? So I'm just surprised that renting something off a site like this, with such an amazingly friendly staff, did not do a proper inspection. Plus, it doesn't help to see that the place across the way is for rent up on the site, but the landlord hasn't even looked over this place before he's ready to move on and collect on another unit, all towards his mortgage.Ha! Very disappointing.
