Stay away from this place. I dropped off a dress last week, just like I would've dropped it off at any other dry cleaner. The dress I had a couple of oil stains and when I picked it up the owner showed it to me that the stains had been removed, then proceeded to show me what I owed, a staggering $75! I asked him if he was kidding, and he said: have you ever been here before? I responded that I had, even though I had done a simple hem repair before, not a cleaning. Who charges $75 for cleaning? The place is not luxurious, it's even worse than other regular cleaners. The owner said I should've Asked for an estimate. Who asks for an estimate at the dry cleaner? I ended up leaving the dress because it cost me $30. This has been the most ridiculous encounter I have ever had in my life. And to top it off, they don't even accept credit cards. If you are that expensive you can only have celebrities as customers, and then your place should look like luxury, and you should have a warning sign outside.
