I experienced skin chemical burn and sought Dr Rice opinion for treatment prescribed Regenica, in turn I experienced horrible rash and difficulty getting refund credit back $250.00 for product. Regenica side effect is reported "rash to sensitive skin". My skin sensitive reason for my visit. I had no idea trusted Dr. Rice as he is MD practicing facial plastic surgery.
