I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I usually head to google before ever checking out a business. However, I needed my nails done, drove past the open door and saw that they were relatively busy—an indicator of a decent business. I was seated immediately and was given a menu of services, prices listed. I chose the level of pedicure I wanted and a simple gel manicure. The manicurists were professional and well attentive. The color I chose for my pedicure wasn’t quite what I expected and they happily changed it. They also provided me with plenty of time to let my pedicure dry unlike many other places that rush you out immediate after the last top coat. I couldn’t say if pricing is more expensive then other places in the immediate area of Redlands, however their pricing is pretty on par with most cleanly nail salons I’ve gone to. This is one case where the current google reviews have not accurately rated a business and I am glad I walked through the doors.
