Slowest shipping department around, its insane. They have good stuff at decent prices. but their shipping department is a crapshoot. You never know when its going to ship, let alone get it. They will send you a email saying it shipped with a tracking number, but it never actually ships. Then you call and they just say 7-10 days to ship, what the hell, what kind of business takes that long to ship a basic order. You can place two orders and you will get the 2nd order before the 1st one even ships, makes you scratch your head. I would order more from this company, but you just never know how long its going to take, I would rather pay more somewhere else and get my items a week earlier.
