If you're looking to buy a car they are great, if you price shop and show them a lower price from a competing dealership... that being said, their service department is extremely expensive compared to most! They also refuse to take blame for simplistic mistakes, and love to blame other service departments for their own lack of knowledge. My last straw was when I came in for a simple tire rotation and oil change, first they tried to say my oil filter was needing to be replaced(which was replaced an oil change ago), then I start to drive it off and I immediately hear a clicking sound in my right front tire, they mounted the tire while having the wheel weights run on the brake caliber(which you can hear when you're going 5mph, meaning they had to of hear it while driving to the car to the front and refused to say anything). The service technician couldn't answer a simple question which was.. why didn't I hear this clicking when the 3 tires were installed prior, if the wheel weights were present in those wheels? He just looked dumbfounded.. then I ask to see the other tires, and they pull of the old tire they did, showing a clip on wheel weight and refuse to pull off the other tires as I asked.
TL;DR: DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! And if you buy your car here make sure you price shop other Honda stores prior to showing up. They have no problem price gouging you, even on simple oil changes (~$95).
