I wish I could give them 0 stars. First off the "rules" are sooo dumb. If you are there too often, locked out, if you stay too long, locked out, if the alarm goes off, locked out. If you locked out and the gate opens with your code and you go through they will terminate your contract with no warning, no letter, and nothing. The office people in Eureka are some of the worst customer service people around. The company is money based and not customer based. The say it's based for "safety reasons" however it's gated and cameras so that's not for safety reasons at all. When they terminate your contact they make you bring only one vehicle to fit everything in , no extra vehicles to help or people, and you have only 60 minutes to empty the entire unit. Plus this all has to be between 8-5 M-F. Please find a different company , I also reported them to the better business Bureau
