Rafi and his crew of skilled techs are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. A lot of the negative reviews have been due to poor prior expectations from customers (needing a cheap oil change, not having a warranty to cover extremely expensive BMW parts). I have had over $20,000 of work done in my 2011 F10. All of my estimates have been fair and the work certainly has been cheaper than what I would have been charged at a dealership. Remember people, you have the option to decline work once you've been given an estimate. Do your homework, check bimmer forums, shop around. You'll find no better certified shop in the Westside.
