Radial

My review goes beyond a simple (Review) to submit regarding what happened here at Radial with 2nd Shift Head team. An Executive Letter to Radial Corp and Manager at this Location Mr. Est. (Not Mr. EG) will receive the full detailed Executive Letter on issues that has been going on with second Shift Leader that I and many many others noticed. I love Radial, however 2nd Shift Lead (Mr. Childish Bully) that did not meet nearly 15% of Radial Quality. The rest will be on the Executive Letter. (Mr.Dan, Ms. H, Mr. Est..., Mr. M, Mr. R, Mr. J and their head team 3rd shift) are the most amazing, respectful, smartest, ambitious, motivated, professionalism, and hard workers that I had ever met in a warehouse. This level of professionalism is amazing and can build a great future. They treated me more then just part of their team, but one of the Radial Family. Working with you has been one of the greatest times when working at a warehouse. Seeing you all makes me feel very comfortable, loved, cared, and part of the family. You treated me with respect, part of the Team/Family, greeted me every time they noticed me, and shared ideas and solutions together felt like a real team. I learned alot from all of you. One day at night no one was working much and I saw a man with a beanie and I noticed that it was Head Branch Manager. I was so happy he came to see at least some of what happens here on the 2nd Shift. I never seen anyone/managers worked so hard for that 1 hr when he was there. Other then that Communication is the most strongest relationship you can have with a client, co worker, friends, or anyone. 2nd Shift Managing Team (Picking) Communication - Rated 15/100 3 months vs 1st Shift 85/100 just in 7 days and much more beyond that I would respectfully say in public.
