Quincy Feather Bed Inn

We had to go to Quincy for a quick four hour training session. We only needed a one night stay and after reading the reviews, I decided that The Feather Bed Inn was a good choice.The Inn was within walking distance of many places to eat and look around. Sweet Lorraine's had excellent food! Our cottage was cozy and the bed was very comfortable! I loved all the organic toiletries. There was a slight musty smell but that comes with the age of the Inn (1893), we noticed that in most of the businesses around town too. You get use to it. Also, wifi is spotty. The decorations were very cute in our cottage.The gas fireplace was great since it was cold outside. One tip is that the fan control for the fireplace is on the side of it but it looked just like a wood accent not a control knob, so it took a little bit to figure it out. Lol We really enjoyed our little get away! Thank you Colin and Shelley!
