I have only taken 5 classes at Pure Barre, but I'm already hooked!! This is a low impact but grueling workout, which is just the ticket if you're looking to get long and lean. The trick is that they do micro-movements which isolate various muscle groups in your body to fatigue them, ultimately leading to a more toned version of yourself! They really should change their name to "Pure Burn" because you really do feel the burn in your body, in a good way!
So far, I've taken classes from Kati, Juliann, and Anna, and they've all been fantastic. If you're looking for a challenging but fun new workout, I highly recommend giving Pure Barre a try!
