5 stars all the way!! Karla was amazing. Needed a short term storage locker for my mom. Karla was extremely patient, informative, answered all out questions & showed us the locker b4hand to make sure it would suit our needs. Her customer service is top-notch. She gave credit and spoke highly of her mgr Haden, very unselfish, professional and mature of her. The unit and location is very well kept. Very new looking. Very easy all around, great deal. Place is climate controlled, secure, 3 floors. Def would recommend!
