everytime i’m here i’m treated like family very professional always a smile-my dealings have been mostly with ken-he set up my storage for me, as well as being there the day i brought my first payment it -there were 2 other people there a few other times-all very friendly -i just didn’t have any interaction with them other than a wave hello-ken is awesome and funny-and has been there a while-i’m surprised there aren’t more reviews for him! i took my space moving from out of state after taking care of an ill family member, and ken helped me out and was quick to offer other options when i realized i’d picked waaaaaayyy too big a space —and as soon as another unit is open i will be moving my things until i find a new home to live in-this place is awesome, climate controlled cameras and SECURE so thank you to public storage and to ken for making my transition to another state so easy!! christopher
