To whom it may concern... When I called public storage to check on prices and boxes, she delivered the best customer service I've had in a ling time and also made me laugh when I wasn't in a good mood. Very pleasant voice and she is just great at what she does. She made my day easier and gave me some good info on packaging also. Thank you Cathy.
