Primos Mexican Food & Bar

I went here a month or two after it opened, so this review is at least one year after my visit. I have not been back after the disastrous first experience. To start, we were greeted by a young lady with very long hair (past her waist) and her hair looked dirty and greasy. This grossed out my wife but we went in anyway. After being seated, it took a while to get us menus. It took our waiter 10-15 minutes to get to us after that. He finslly showed up and we placed our orders. I asked specifically about the burrito I ordered and asked to get it with no rice. It then took over 30 minutes to get our order served. The waiter took off right after putting our plates on the table. I cut in to my burrito and you would think I ordered a rice burrito. It was supposed to be 'Surf and Turf', steak and shrimp. There was so little steak and even less shrimp. I couldn't believe it. When the waiter came over finally, I showed him the burrito and all he said is "I can place an order again for you." I reminded him that it took over 30 minutes to get what I got. He said sorry and I said forget it. Even though I didn't eat the burrito, I was charged for it. While the waiter apologized for the mistake, which is fine, the whole evening was filled with apologies for this and for that. I told him he shouldn't apologize so much because to us it didn't mean much. Other than a bad experience. My wife's food was very ordinary and nothing special. So I have not been back and probably never will return. There are too many other good choices to settle for this over priced place.
