Presidio Market

I was a loyal customer to this market for a very long time, I thought I had built a strong relationship with the staff and enjoyed saying hi to them every time I walked in, until one time I unknowingly bought a cracked bottle of beer, when I tried returning it they accused me of breaking it and wouldn't let me exchange it. I realized right there that they were only being nice to me for my money, they could care less about making a wrong right. I will never go back there. I am really hurt about the two faced attitude of these people more than losing $5.00 on a beer. Many times the staff told me if it could be fixed with money it's no big deal, that losing family is the only real problem in life. I considered them family and they chose my $5.00
