Thanks for letting me sit in your waiting area for 20 minutes after I signed in! You broke a record! Usually someone at least says "hi!" Or "welcome " Or even "We are busy now, can you come back later? " anything. But you? Not a single word or acknowledgement that I was here. I did enjoy listening to how one of your customers ended up with an eye infection getting her eye lashes done though. Yes, this was all sarcasm. No, I'm not coming back.
